I was delighted to see that Qwest (and my ISP) was offering consumer DSL up to 7mbit, for $15/mo more. The last time they did something like this happened (jumping from 640kbit to 1.5mbit for $5/mo more), I got it instantly. I called my ISP and demanded that they further enable my broadband addiction.

Unfortunately, 1.5mbit is all my phone line can support. I must move.
