Well, I was poking around The Samba‘a classifieds, and I found a transmission from a wrecked Ghia for $75, plus two clutches for $20. I called the seller, and he’s going to drop them by on Monday for $5. So $100, and I have nearly everything I need to get my drivetrain in good shape. Awesome!
